The Law Digest summarizes past decisions of the Sanctions Board, an independent body established by the World Bank Group in 2007 to take final decisions in cases of alleged fraud, corruption and collusion in Bank Group-financed projects. The Law Digest makes publicly available for the first time detailed information on the underlying facts of past cases, the legal principles applied and the sanctions imposed by the Sanctions Board.
